  At present I am responsible for the development and delivery of all Estates and Facilities of the Company (currently Forest Park 1&2 based in La Lucia, Durban. I also oversee the facilities at the Cape Town office and Pretoria office). I provide a support service to all departments with the support of my team, comprising 20 people at present. I oversee the maintenance of the Derivco facilities, both internally and externally and ensure they are healthy, safe and secure at all times. I also oversee the maintenance of the Estate including, but not limited to, the buildings, power reticulation, grounds (gardens & forest), cleaning staff, security staff, food and beverage and general logistics of Forest Park.
