  Utilising the work achieved within VetCompass project (http://www.rvc.ac.uk/vetcompass) and other original research, I was responsible for writing and editing web-based articles for breed-specific genetic health conditions in companion animals, including dogs, cats, horses and rabbits. This project was funded by Universities Federation for Animal Welfare (UFAW) and the pages are hosted on their website, as part of the development of the UFAW genetic health database. I also completed a short research project on the use of systemic antibiotic agents in cats and dogs in the UK.   I was seconded (part-time) to the Operations Digital Transformation programme which worked to deliver digital improvements to rehoming centre processes across our UK and Ireland centres. During this time, I helped to deliver various digitised products and processes with handover, adoptions and behavioural assessments. In this role, I acted as Project Co-Sponsor for the programme as a whole, as well as Project Lead for designing new behaviour, health and welfare assessments and review processes for dogs in our care.
