  At Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd I worked in the utility (mechanical) department for 6 months about my project to recover waste heat in rotary screw air compressors as approx. 85% of energy supplied to the compressor converts into heat and was required to cool. I worked there for recovery of the same and completed the project before Deadline. Hence as a trainee there, I got a time overview of all ongoing processes there.   At SS Engineering my role was as a site Lead supervisor. I was responsible for the safe Efficient & Time worthy erection, commissioning & testing of 8 package units each capacity of 9 tons of refrigeration & Total Ducting of 5600 Sqm. Along with that, I was also responsible for sanitary installations & fire protection system installation.   Detailed knowledge about Duct Installation, HVAC Units Installation, Copper Pipe installation, Fire protection & Gas suppression system installation, Portable & drainage pipe & accessories Installation. My roles and responsibilities for this project are as follows:  Supervise HVAC personnel and participate in the installation to ensure that the work performed is in compliance with blueprints and Client & Manufacturer specifications. Supervise daily production, and deployment of manpower so as to produce maximum productivity level.  Ensuring work is carried out to comply with quality plans. Reviewing of Material Test Certificates, and documents comply with approved material specifications, Codes, and Standards, Coordinate with quality and construction client / main contractor so as to ensure the work progress is according to schedule and quality requirements Resolving comments for the shop drawings Make daily & weekly work planning and daily progress reports and ensure that the job is carried out according to the plan. Monitor the work carried out by Subcontractors. Resolving site issues with other disciplines and ensuring that minimum manpower hours are wasted. Conduct inspections for work, material, and tests & resolve the doubts of clients if any. Preparation of different types of work permits for mechanical activities, attending the Permit to Work training classes, identifying and controlling the hazards, site visits with a client, preparation for a site audit, etc. Preparation of project-related documentation. Read and interpret Codes and Standards. Perform other duties as assigned by my seniors & company Requirement.
