   Nissan Design release support for all Nissan Global plants ( Responsible for Releasing Design Notes of Planning, Production, Prototype, Limited, Provisional changes) Creating BOM & applied models to specific variants in Planning, Production & Prototype design notes for all vehicle & its families. Working closely with all Cross function teams to implement the Design notes as per the schedule and responsible for Plant inventory on Engineering changes  Releasing Initial part list (IPL) in Nissan G2B system based on Product Planning Vehicle Specification list Releasing Design Change Notice / Design Notes as per Vehicle Specification list – Customer Specifications and Technical Specifications for all Nissan Production plants with support from Design depts.  Coordinating with Proto Depts for creating Proto Part list for all Nissan Test Vehicles based on Production Planning Sheet. Creating new models variants based on Nissan Spec list and Spec notice-Applied models additions Carrying out Master Check for all Nissan Vehicles in Production Phase as per Design Administration Notice. Spec Tender release to Suppliers for develop / change Drawings, Shapes through Design Engineers. Maintaining BOM-C parts (Cross Production Parts) for Renault and Nissan Vehicles for Communized parts, and Assembly parts. Responsible for ensuring zero obsolescence of outgoing Design note Release. Supporting Design Engineers for creating Model codes, Part numbering / Drawing numbers Analyze proposed Design changes to determine if change is properly documented and identifies total impact to product. Analyze the Data Problem Reports (DPR's) received from the production plants Reviews Engineering Change Orders for completeness and accuracy, approves for implementation, and monitors periodically.
