  Teach Airmen skills in different areas that enhance resilience, one of the core tenets of the USAF's Comprehensive Airman Fitness which encompass mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Assist in managing base-wide resiliency events. Conduct the primary phase of Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training in the T-6A for over 356 students pilots per year. Instruct the skills, procedures, and techniques necessary to operate in a challenging, high-density flying environment. Expert for all T-6A operational issues, establishes and enforces squadron training practices and guidance for a syllabus overhaul.
