Managed flight evaluation folders of over 140 aircrew while ensuring that aircrew are properly qualified to perform their assigned duties.       Teach Airmen skills in different areas that enhance resilience, one of the core tenets of the USAF's Comprehensive Airman Fitness which encompass mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Assist in managing base-wide resiliency events. Conduct the primary phase of Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training in the T-6A for over 356 students pilots per year. Instruct the skills, procedures, and techniques necessary to operate in a challenging, high-density flying environment. Mentor young USAF officers to develop positive leadership attributes, attention to detail, teamwork, and discipline. Expert for all T-6A operational issues, establishes and enforces squadron training practices and guidance for a syllabus overhaul. Transformed T-6A advanced phase class assignment process and coordinated follow-on assignments for 56 students leading to a 21% increase in USAF pilot production. Maintained advance qualifications and managed/developed squadron training plans. Executed and ran bi-annual squadron-level meetings. Front line supervisor directly responsible for the development, training, and welfare of 10 Instructor Pilots and 30 student pilots per year. Squadron supervisor making critical flight management decisions to ensure safe and effective training operations for 500 aircrew.
