    A Talent Acquisition/Recruiting specialist at Infosys Ltd. majorly involved in Talent recruiting & framing TA strategies, Demand Planning, Talent Mapping , Employee Referral Program , Staffing process improvements, Data & Metrics along with Interview process Management. I partner closely with our technical team, to hire and create a world class talent-pool. Some of the major skills i focus on hiring are Cloud - Azure, AWS, GCP(Google cloud platform), DevOps, TDM(Test data management), Big Data, Data Warehouse Testing, RPA, Automation testing, .Net, Java, SDET etc and also for Non- Technical skills for Middle, Senior and Top management levels across Pan India. In a nutshell prior to my current role I also have 1+ years of IT experience as an add on to my technical expertise. I do have a clear Understanding of various IT Technologies and the software application development life cycle. I have also been involved in an App based enhancement project with Google Niantic - Ingress which was into Augmented reality gaming.
