Developed recommendations and a work plan to support the implementation of program improvements.- Groundworks Collaborative Inc., Brattleboro, VT: Updated shelter policy and procedure manual to align with best practices- Vermont Agency of Human Services, Office of Economic Opportunity, Waterbury, VT: Created a more efficient onboarding process for Family Supportive Housing (FSH) providers, managed and facilitated a monthly learning community, and developed recommendations to strengthen effective communication about FSH.- AARP, Washington, DC Office: Researched and developed a policy brief on the costs and benefits of developing a Grandparent Caregiver Pilot Program to help District residents with low incomes raise their grandchildren and other relatives.- Generations United (GU), Washington, DC: Developed a Request for Proposals for GU’s biannual conference designed for practitioners to share, network, and learn about intergenerational programs, practices, research, and innovation.
