      Avionics Intern

As avionics intern, I was responsible for repairing military aircraft components. This process would involve troubleshooting the device through pretesting and visual analysis of the circuit board. Once the problem was identified, the defective electrical component would be replaced through soldering techniques. Finally, I would perform a final test of the component to determine if it was ready to return to the field.

      Engineering Intern

For my first summer as engineering intern, I was responsible for handling various projects related to the cabinet manufacturing process at Masco. Examples of these projects were researching the implementation of static deionization bars to reduce dust accumulation, performing tests on different joint glues, and estimating savings for a new paint agitator model. Additionally, this position required a large amount of independent research in subjects such as static electricity, power inverters, and circuitry. Microsoft Excel was also used heavily in day to day activity. Show less
