In 2012 Metro Board of Directors approved the extension of the Purple Line and certified its Final Environmental Impact Statement/Report. The project is divided into three phases. The first phase is fully approved and funded and will run 3.9 miles with three new stations at Wilshire/La Brea, Wilshire/ Fairfax, and Wilshire/ La Cienega. Show less
