      MSc. Historical Studies History

      MSc. Historical Studies. An advanced degree which focused upon sources, in particular archival research, detection of bias in sources, comparing material gleaned from sources of differing origins and verifying their authenticity. Furthermore, this course also examined the various theories of writing history, the purpose of studying the past and the use of literary theory and analysis in doing so.
