  In 2022, SDL Pellets installed a state-of-the-art pellet line, enabling the production of En-plus A1 and BSL certified wood pellets, renowned for their industry-leading quality. Our commitment to sustainability is evident in our use of British-harvested wood, UK manufacturing and 360 biomass service.Our biomass boiler powers the entire manufacturing process, with excess electricity fed back into the grid. Waste heat from the boiler dries the sawdust, maximising energy usage and minimising waste. Our tree harvesting cycle is optimised for sustainability, partnering with generational forest and timber growers to fell trees, sustainably grown for this purpose.
