  In partnership with Seven Generations Ahead, over 800 students were trained in groups of 20-30 throughout the week. Currently, the effort involves organizing 10-20 student volunteers each week, managing disposal processes, and coordinating with lunchroom and custodial staff to ensure smooth procedures and meet monthly supply needs. Conduct monthly meetings with over ten staff members to plan, organize, and budget for the school chicken coop. Trained more than 30 individuals and successfully recruited 45 volunteers from the local school community. Responsibilities include scheduling volunteers for twice-daily shifts, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and creating engaging lesson plans and resources for students related to the coop, all while caring for four hens. Pre-Kindergarten teacher for a dynamic classroom of 20 diverse students, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity and development. Focused on nurturing each child's unique strengths and encouraging a love for learning through tailored activities and culturally relevant practices.
