  St Vincent de Paul Society has opened up doors for many people to serve others by providing resources to people who are living in marginalized areas. As a volunteer, I have also learned a new set of skills through retail to serve people, and they are:- Organising and re-filling items such as clothes, shoes, scarves, accessories, artworks, books, as well as toys.- Cleaning and rearranging items on shelves, racks, and cupboards.- Respectfully handled inquiries and phone calls.- Good experience in using the cash register.- Assisting my colleagues in tasks such as stock-take.   -Facilitated a Brisbane Marthoma Church Youth Camp from 1st Dec - 4th Dec 2023.- We (as a team) facilitated about 140 people statewide.- We had created exciting and innovative fundraisers to raise revenue for our camp and also surpassing our KPI indicators.- We worked in hand and hand with the church to support the building committee in the creation of a new church through participating and fundraising events such as the harvest festival.- Participated as a group discussion leader to discuss and provide insightful new thoughts and healthy perspectives throughout the duration of the camp to further enrich the youths journey in their daily lives.
