Hi I’m Carolyn. People call me Coach Sideco. I journey with athletic administrators in deepening, and ultimately, aligning their personal values with their professional skill emergence and practice. Partnering with CoachingKapwa builds wellness capacity, efficacy, and longevity of humans working in the service of youth who play sports.   The CSSJ Governing Board is comprised of faculty, staff, and students on the Cal State East Bay campus whose research, commitment, and/or interest in social justice issues in sport and physical activity is important to the work done at the University and beyond.The mission of the Center for Sport & Social Justice at CSU East Bay is to promote inclusion and social justice in sport and physical activity through community engagement and scholarly activities.We keep the conversation open through ongoing research, workshops, lectures, and community outreach. We provide a network for CSU East Bay students and faculty, community members, and academic experts to share ideas and experiences.
