  As MCI Strategy development manager, my teammates and I try to keep MCI corporate strategy alive.Leading a team of 5, I am responsible for:- Annual strategy refresh exercise- Annual corporate Business Plan update- Quarterly reviews on MCI performance in the market- Support and empower organization and mainly senior management in strategic decision makings based on strategic insights, business cases we develop and BI. This includes a wide range of new topics for Telcos including: MCI footprint expansion in Internet value chain, Digital services, Investment and M&A cases.Our Corp. strategy scope is not limited to traditional Telco services and includes ICT managed services to B2B sector and CVC investments in digital ecosystem. To have a bird-eye view on MCI corporate strategy, we are using several internal and external tools and frameworks to monitor external changes, analyze MCI strategy execution and organization diagnostics.
