    • Washington State University

      Jan 2012 - Jul 2015

As a Cougar Connector I give tours for prospective students, answer phones, and represent the university in many different ways. I also work in the Office of Admissions answering student questions and assisting in the day-to-day functioning of that office. I am informed, polite, and spirited at all times. As a TA for Experimental Methods, I helped institute a flipped classroom under the direction of Dr. Samantha Swindell. I helped facilitated those flipped courses, completed data entry for the grant associated with this course, helped with data analysis, and graded exams. As a TA for Introductory Psychology, I graded student assignments, assisted with questions via email and office hours, and helped to proctor exams. I was an RA in the Affective and Cognitive Influences on Decisions research lab under Dr. Paul Whitney and Dr. John Hinson for three and a half years. I was involved in project development, data collection, analysis, and result dissemination, with responsibilities varying depending on the particular project.
