We started internally and addressed the culture of the company working to earn the trust of the current team members. 90% reduction in turnover over 4 years. One team member left the organization. We did this with the same people in the building. Once we established lines of communication and trust internally we simultaneously set out to do the exact same with the consumer base and public.
