  Trauma System Therapist

  Trauma System Therapy Program (TST) addresses the trauma system, defined as the combination of a traumatized youth who, when exposed to traumatic reminders, has difficulty regulating emotions/behavior and the caregiver system of care is not able to adequately protect the youth to help him/her/them manage this dysregulation. TST aims to stabilize the youth’s environment while simultaneously enhancing his/her/their ability to regulate emotions and behaviors.
