      The Agency Director has the authority and responsibility for the overall Administrative Direction of the agency.The Agency Director is a seasoned manager with experience in business operations. Comfort with employee and client relations plus financial management and budgeting. The Agency Director must be willing to take on any task. They must be detailed-oriented while possessing the innate ability to multi task and prioritize. Must have excellent communication skills.Responsibilities include but are not limited:1. Manage incoming phone calls2. Handle all escalated customer concerns3. Assist in recruitment, interviewing and hiring, perform back ground checks4. Process Payroll5. Determine and regularly re-asses bill and pay rates6. Oversee Client billing7. Oversee collections of receivables in a timely manner8. Agency Director will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of operations at least annually9.
