      Activities and Societies: Lots of sport & interesting experiences !       Managing & leading a large diverse department responsible for the strategic provision of everything ICT/Facilities related to around 700 staff & up to 20,000 students across the Heart of Worcestershire campus.I now spend the majority of my days proactively planning the work- load for 50+ professionals spread geographically right across the County of Worcestershire. In both area's I am lucky to be-able to rely on individuals with many years of experience, relevant knowledge & a positive attitude (Certainly aids in the ability to delegate tasks!) This cosmopolitan set of skills allows us to be very self sufficient & cost effective when it comes to acceptable levels of service provision. Coming up 'through the ranks' so to speak also allows me to empathise and react positively to the pressures that both departments are constantly under to present a seamless, very diverse support/development culture in an ever changing environment.Positive mature attitude combined with relevant experience = Good chance of succeeding !
