      contact points with customer has been defined as call center .call center is playing different role in irancell in compare to other same business in IRAN.specially in the methods in use for supporting customer problem and providing resolution . also is not just a place to receive the queries and incidents reported by subscribers and just handing over to other responsible parts in company for addressing . it is a division which already is including some advance knowledged people for providing resolution to subscribers as FCR ( first call resolution ) targeting 99%.for call center 2 departments are in place one for receiving queries and one for working on the case till providing resolution and this part is call center support department which is handling and managing by call center support manager who is responsible to negotiate and resolve complicated problems with other technical teams and controlling the quality entire the division customer relation and even more controlling the content providing to public by marketing About new services or products.
