  Currently in an acting role, the Manager Customer Control is responsible for the effective movement of rail and coach passengers across the V/Line network. Based within the V/Line Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), the role is responsible for managing a team of IOC Duty Managers and Customer Controllers, while also working closely with Train Control, Fleet and Yard Control, Security and Resilience. A key focus of the role is ensuring effective disruption management across rail and coach operations, by implementing systems and processes that ensure consistent and predictable outcomes for passengers during times of network disturbance.
