  I was first hired as the Annual Giving Coordinator. In 2007, I became Manager of Annual Giving. In 2009, I was promoted to Director of Annual Gifts and Hospice Giving. I served in the role of Director of Communications and Stewardship from 2010 until 2015.As Director of Communications and Stewardship, I was responsible for HealthEast Foundation's external and internal communications. Supervising the Communications Specialist, I provided strategic leadership on how to best keep our donors informed of how their donations are used, inspiring continued support of HealthEast's mission. My work included planning the annual Donor Recognition Event and Festival of Trees Gala as well as smaller donor and employee events, creating scripts and messaging, writing letters, newsletters and annual reports, and partnering with colleagues throughout HealthEast on various projects.   I provide the key to stronger teams and smarter leaders by teaching the Enneagram, a powerful map that identifies the motivation behind our behavior. When we identify which of the nine Enneagram types we lead with, we understand how our strengths become weaknesses when overused. This heightened self-awareness has great benefits for every aspect of our lives, from home to work.I created my business, 9 Open Doors, in order to share the wisdom of the Enneagram in a practical, down-to-earth way. Working with teams in organizations and directly with individuals, I love helping my clients better understand themselves and others. From a conference in New Zealand to a few close friends in my backyard and everything between, I teach the Enneagram in a meaningful way for every audience. Show less
