  From my experience at Société Générale, my role consisted mainly of customer facing duties. Some of which included processing daily transactions, such as cash deposits and withdrawals, loan payments and wire transfers. In addition to opening and closing customer accounts, handling insurance and investments on behalf of customers, first level background checks on customers (Know Your Customers “KYC”), handling and resolving customer complaints.

I have also conducted market research for the entertainment industry in the GCC (e.g. valuation of a theme park) as well as received training in two distinct valuation approaches (income and market approach) and obtained a detailed understanding to the theory behind each valuation.
