      During my PhD project, I focus on early determinants of blood pressure. Looking at determinants of blood pressure early in life is important, as blood pressure shows tracking from childhood to adulthood. Already small increases in blood pressure in childhood could affect the cardiovascular health later in life. Besides research, part of my job is to educate medical students and to develop educational material.
