      NDVA State Service Office (SSO) Manager: Supervise a team of eleven teammates dedicated to honoring and serving Nebraska Veterans and their family members. Plan, coordinate and direct the operation of the Veterans Affairs Service Office (SSO). Interpret and enforce the policies pertinent to the SSO and review the delivery of services to veterans and their families. Recommend/draft changes to policies or program services to enhance the program and/or delivery of services. Participate in strategic planning for the program and implements/evaluates program goals/objectives. Monitor the SSO Team progress toward meeting established goals/objectives by compiling, reviewing and analyzing reports and records to identify potential problem areas and recommend changes. Ensure compliance with accreditation and federal standards/guidelines.
