  I mainly work as an Account Manager at dentsu for an account in the education industry. I serve as a liaison between clients and our agency. At the moment, I oversee 10 APAC markets for the digital campaign operation. I make sure client expectations are met, and our campaigns are running smoothly on time. Meanwhile, my team and I make sure the KPIs are achieved, and the reports and assessments are delivered. When this new account came onboard, every market had an individual mindset of different working styles, reports, and expectations. Our priority was to ensure every market was serviced and that we created leads and brand exposure for all the markets while standardizing each market's operation and reports. It wasn't easy, but teamwork made things possible. In time, the clients trust in us grows, and we continue to produce excellent results. I also work as a project coordinator to manage the KPIs agreed upon by dentsu and our digital media partners.
