Liaising with sales, marketing and co-packers to ensure timely turn around. • Worked on Aldi, Morrisons, Lidl & M&S over my 4 years with the company supporting on seasonal launches and planning with factories to form a seasonal plan to support the successful launches of all seasonal projects on both private label & branded.• Program manager for the private label business in the UK with Ferrero sister companies, with a focus on M&S. Working with the UK M&S Project manager to ensure customer briefs were reviewed and appropriate proposals given by Ferrero sister companies. Supporting on the scope and timings of projects and communicating with factories to co-ordinate workstreams. • Responsible for a wide portfolio of projects with Ferrero sister companies spanning multiple countries with expected turnover of ~£44m.• Launched Nerds Gummy Clusters in to the UK July 2024. Swiftly becoming the number 1 NPD launch in the confectionary category in Sainsburys estimated selling at a pack a minute across the country. • Worked on complex NPD and capital projects across internal brands including Wagon Wheels, Paterson’s and Maryland. • Worked closely with the sales team to support the continued growth and success of the food services sector of the business.
