  I served the Foundation as Director of Marketing and Development from January 1984 until March of 2000. Since returning in May of 2006 to help expand and renovate the 170 acre campus, I served as Senior VP of the Foundation and as the Executive Director of The First Tee of Clearwater. My goals include growing the development program and the businesses ensuring the future security of programming for at risk children. Responsibilities include guiding a team of seven department directors who oversee the day to day management of the Foundation's two educational programs and two public golf businesses. With an annual budget of 2.4 million, the public businesses return an estimated $250K in proceeds to the nonprofit foundation. Educational programs serving over 2,000 community children include the Chi Chi Academy for struggling students 4th through 8th grade and The First Tee of Clearwater teaching life-skills through golf.
