Experienced with material handling and building levee systems for containment areas, experienced with tracking machinery on matt’s, sloping and ditching a levee system in preparation for erosion protection with fabric and rip rap. Experienced in equipment mobilization with loading and unloading onto barges and serving as the tugboat captain (200-ton vessel) as the demand arises, towing barges consistently, up to 300 ft. Duties also include operating amphibious equipment (MARSH BUGGIES); land short and long reach excavators, dozers and loaders with the objective of engineering various types of pipeline in an offshore environment. Duties also include fuel transfers while in a marine environment, fuel barge vessel to various equipment, while maintaining all safety precautions to defy contaminations or spills. Duties also include the operations of the aggregate processing plant. Comprehensive knowledge with regards to software applications that monitor Vacuum, Velocity, Discharge pressure (PSI), relative to a pipeline system. Amps, Rpm, Temps relative to motors and bearings. Mechanical aptitude, and an analytical ability with regards to motors, bearings, pipeline, centrifugal pumps, vertical turbine pumps etc. The efficiency of the dredge must be maintained particularly during peak production. Possess a strong aptitude with a fundamental comprehensive understanding of mechanical and hydraulic applications.Daily operations must always conform to the Mine Safety and Health Administration, (MSHA) regulations.
