  During my time at the academy, I developed a psychological support and referral plan as part of a successful SFA elite academy submission and provide regular group and individual support to both players and staff. I also led research into the use of the Think Aloud protocol as a coaching development tool and supervised placements for several postgraduate and undergraduate students.
