I manage a great team who: undertakes analysis to continually improve our program; reports and verifies the load under control; develops and improves our systems for processing applications and payments; and provides the financial and administrative services to the Demand Management Team. Project Manager of the Reward Based Tariff Trial which is trialling consumption based and capacity based tariffs on over 2500 participants from selected Cairns, Toowoomba and Brisbane suburbs. The trial aims to better understand customer acceptance of different electricity tariffs and the effectiveness of these tariffs at reducing peak demand.   I lead a team focused on providing strategies and policies that improve the utilisation and sustainability of the distribution network through demand flexibility. We prepare the annual Demand Management Plan for Energex and Ergon Energy Networks and implement processes and practices to improve the success rate of non-network solutions (where most cost efficient).
