Analyzes manning levels and readiness to help the G1 provide the Commander with a snapshot of the personnel component of their combat power and capabilities. Monitors available strength to ensure the TSC remains in compliance with army manning guidance and mitigate personnel shortages. Develops, collects, and analyzes critical personnel readiness information such as the monthly USR and PRR. Submits replacement requirements for key personnel and monitors replacement requirements.
