Monitors available strength to ensure the TSC remains in compliance with army manning guidance and mitigate personnel shortages. Develops, collects, and analyzes critical personnel readiness information such as the monthly USR and PRR. Submits replacement requirements for key personnel and monitors replacement requirements.
