  I have had the amazing opportunity to participate in MHR's Graduate Programme. This rotational programme allowed me to work across many departments, broadening my knowledge of the industry and affording me the invaluable opportunity to network with people across the business.My final placement in Product Management has seen me be responsible for the rollout of a new analytics offering across our customer base, engage with customers and manage the backlog and roadmap.
