  Served as the Acting Regional Security Officer as needed. Developed and implemented physical, procedural, residential, and travel security policies as part of a robust security apparatus for over 450 employees and family members. Managed dignitary protection operations including a staff of 9 bodyguards , 8 man surveillance detection team and created policy. Responsible for $2 + million budget, training, and operational planning and execution; ensured the security of the U.S. Ambassador, visiting Department of State officials, and U.S. Congressional delegations. Managed the the 330 personnel Mission Guard Force and was responsible for the security for the homes of US mission employees.
