      Helping Barclays GTIS and CTO to transform the Change delivery function to become focussed on customer-centricity and delivery of measurable value to the customers.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the transformation of the Change process for the combined portfolios of CTO and GTIS• Lead the 2024 customer focussed book of work planning and interlock across Tech for GTIS-CTO• Standardise Jira tooling usage and agile ‘ways of working’ across product and project teams Key Achievements:• Designed and implemented a framework that works for both Product and Project delivery • Brought 100% of the change initiatives (~70% were not under governance) under the oversight of a unified GTIS-CTO Change governance• Created an enterprise-wide dependency interlock process between GTIS-CTO and rest of Tech (reviewed dependencies for 100+ initiatives and conducted cross-functional roadmap review events)• Working with product teams across GTIS and CTO and for 200+ backlogs standardised the issue type definitions, issue hierarchy, workflows and reporting• Created an Agile coaching capability with in-house experts.
