  Since a very young age, I've been working on my family's 60 plus rent homes within Texas, My parents kept me busy so I wouldn't get in trouble. By 14, I was framing, putting on new roofs sheet rocking, texturing, digging footers, placing rebar & finishing concrete slabs etc... Later I Collected rents & leased out our properties. .After college I did Plumbing & electrical apprenticeships. Learned everything from the ground up. Left for college, at 18. Majored in Special Ed. Did volunteer work at the Austin State School in 69 & 70. Dad was the Superintendent of the Austin School when I was 6 to 9 yrs old. When I was 10 my dad started the Denton State School, we lived on both Campuses. I saw & learn things very few do at an early age, made me understand the way things were for the majority of people on the planet, and what really counted in life. I'm one of the best Special ED. trainers in the country, love taking the worst cases. I have to admit I have my own way of doing things & I'm not your typical person. I now fix the problem 1st, not the blame, learned that the Hard-Way. I can talk and get along with whoever I want to, a matter of record. Gang Members to Sunday School teachers, Country Club Crowd to Prison Wardens, Military Special Forces to Politicians, UN Pilots to Country farmers. I've work with & against them all, know them to well. Standup to the plate & come into my world. Sometimes it worries people but my results usually are praised as intelligent, creative, & resourceful. Displaying a professional appearance & habits at all times, with skilled techniques in many different areas while remaining calm under pressure. Emotionally mature, friendly, & reliable. Great communication skills. Put me into impossible situations & I will not only survive, I will thrive. Simple ( when I finally thought it out ) give people respect until they give you a reason not to. Show less
