   Ensure material request deadlines are met.  Prepare schedules and daily reports of Silica sand washing, drying and screening Units. Compare different materials to find the right balance of quality, quantity and cost estimation according to customer’s specification.  Ensure that production line working smoothly.  Evaluate the production equipment to assure effective production rate.  Schedule daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly inspections.  Schedule greasing and lubrication checklists for Processing units, shovels and forklifts.  Prepare maintenance sheet, manuals of Silica sand washing, drying and screening plant.  Manage quotations for spare parts of machine.  Ensures that equipment is performing effectively and efficiently.  Consults with co-workers on production problems.  Consults with maintenance crafts workers on technical problems.  Evaluate the production equipment to assure effective production rate.
