      Working with a group of some of Argentina's top wine professionals to demystify and formulate viticulture and wine-making plans for 120+ different Private Vineyard Estate owners from all over the world. Each with custom planted vineyard blocks within the Vines of Mendoza 1,500 acre property located at 3,330 f.a.s.l., where grapes thrive in 330 days of sunshine with only 8" of annual rainfall.Basically, I work with some of Argentina's most talented winemakers, sommeliers, agronomists, and wine professionals to facilitate vineyard owner's dreams.Owners are guided through intensive wine courses, in addition to sensory, blind tasting, and wine fault education before initiating varietal/clone/rootstock selection, vineyard/farming plans, winemaking strategy, barrel regimes, and blending courses. This dynamic process is always evolving, as it is tied to the annual cycle of the vineyard and winery.All this information is synthesized and translated by an extensive group of wine experts into the owner's private label wines that are solely produced from their vineyard block and with projection and a firm understanding of varietal and stylistic direction through the wine-making that is implored to uniquely execute and represent what was once a dream for many of these people, a world class wine of their own. In addition to working with Private Vineyard Estate Owners on a daily basis, I help to conduct wine courses, winery tours, blind tastings, blending sessions, Siete Fuegos asados, blogging, and cooking private dinners for vineyard owners, while entertaining guests/owners during their staying at one of the most beautiful vineyards in the world at the base of the Andes Mountain Range.
