      Led the vehicle sale, service and marketing team for GM North America, including US, Canada, and Mexico, and served as a Corporate Officer and member of the GM Senior Leadership Team. Led the GM Canada Regional Business Unit with responsibility for sales, service and marketing, manufacturing strategy, collective bargaining, government relations, PR and oversight of the Canadian technical center. Oversaw end-to-end engineering operations and business case in GM’s truck sector, responsible for multiple program P&Ls for critical truck programs in retail and commercial segments. Managed regulatory compliance for the global truck portfolio, including emissions, safety, and export. Led the next-generation Full-Size Truck programs, including launch of the new 2020 heavy- duty pickup trucks and subsequently midcycle enhancements for Light Duty, Heavy Duty Pick Up trucks and Full Size SUVs. Led 200+ engineering professionals and lab operations to develop strategies, methods, tools, and talent for GM’s entire vehicle portfolio through advanced development of Noise and Vibration (N&V) requirement setting and architecture development. Chief of staff for the Executive Vice President of Global Product Development, R&D, Purchasing and Supply Chain. Responsible for coordinating GM’s strategic business plan, alignment with corporate objectives and developed content to convey strategic priorities for consumption at corporate investor relations events, GM Board of Directors meetings, internal and external speaking engagements. Group manager of a team of 15 design release engineers responsible for the design and release of various chassis components and control document specification releases across GM's vehicle portfolio. Responsible to lead the design and release of driveline systems on multiple global architectures. Led a team of component design release engineers to ensure system level capability integrated to achieve vehicle level requirements. In charge of the full vehicle development, integration and validation of vehicle performance for small cars. Worked across architecture generations with global homerooms in Europe and S. Korea to execute the vehicle development process. Chair of the vehicle performant integration team (PIT) and led the performance engineers responsible for ride and handling, energy and drive quality and noise & vibration, with extensive cross functional collaboration.
