      • In charge of overseeing all office duties including: accounting, hiring, training and payroll services. • As Public Relations Manager I visited hotels and concierge events, networking to create lasting relationships, which brought our company to work with over 20 hotels on a regular basis bringing in around 30% of our sales.       • Managed the website sales and inventory. Placed orders for the website & coordinated with the sales department on what models should be our top focus in order to attract our target market. • Updated the company website -Megashoesinc.com- on a continuous basis. My tasks included: uploading products, images and updated information. I also handled any situations that might arise on the site.• Photograph and edit shoe samples using Photo Bench weekly. After mastering the program I increased productivity of the team from 30 to over 50 shoes a day.• Cross-trained 3 employees on the use of our photography equipment, cameras and how to manage our website. I also trained 2 employees on basic front desk responsibilities such as phone etiquette, greeting clients, and all procedures regarding opening accounts for new clients.• Managed and supervised our Customer Service site. I was responsible for providing feedback and training to our customer service agents in both English & Spanish. Our goal was to ensure an accurate response to customers in either language in no more than 24 hrs.• Handled client questions regarding issues they experienced through our website and help them navigate through our online store. I also assisted the sales team with clients, both in person and over the phone.• Participated in creative group sessions to come up with innovative and fun images to post on our Instagram and Facebook sites, some of which included my own sketches.
