  R&D Special Vehicles Unit (ZOBAS)With CATIA V6 Assembly, Sheet Metal, Part Design and Drafting modules for custom designing standard buses and minibuses according to customer demands from different countries; - Mechanical designs of lock systems and trunk lids, - Carcass and body designs, Coating, exterior and interior sheet metal designs, - Necessary designs for mounting brake, steering, clutch and air lines to the chassis, - Designing 2D installation drawings in 3D and mounting them in the chassis, - Creating labels according to vehicle standards, - Designs of 3D and 2D data in accordance with ECE‑R 118 (Combustion Resistance Test) regulation, - Designing fire extinguishing systems.Processing the designed parts into the 3D Experiende (Enovia) PLM system, receiving requests to speed up production, making revisions and reporting for commissioning in mass production.For the findings (errors) in the Zobas Analysis Group (ZAG) and GCA Items; - Investigating root causes, - Preparation of presentations for countermeasure responses.
