  I was responsible for market development activities and sales enablement initiatives and implemented a new, award-winning product training platform for sales, customer service and technical functions. To ensure high quality I coached in- and external trainers to great performances. Additionally, I implemented a company-wide marketing & products newsletter to increase product knowledge and raise awareness for technical trends. I lead a task force for the organisational change of product management and implemented a company wide job rotation and shadowing programme to increase cross functional skills and knowledge and to facilitate internal collaboration. I looked after 270 employees and delivered all relevant HR services. I also conducted the reorganisation of the networks division and lead the implementation of the global e-recruitment tool in Germany. Additionally I trained the outsourcing partners in Germany and UK.
