  I lead the Value Creation & Asset Management team within AIMCo’s Infrastructure and Renewable Resources group. I am responsible for overseeing AIMCo's adherence to the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards, as well as regulatory and investment compliance. As Associate General Counsel, and previously as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, I also provide a broad range of legal advice to AIMCo with respect to all aspects of AIMCo’s business.
