Preparing purchase orders, goods return notes and delivery notes on the said proprietary programme. Keeping to our vigorous morning routine in preparation of daily opening by making sure the chiller and freezer temps were at the correct temperatures, rotation of stock ensuring the newer stock were behind the current stock, ensure any short dated stock or those due to expire were marked down 2 days prior to expiration. On a personal note, working in this environment I found the office staff and the general teaching staff to be very supportive and exceptionally welcoming. The pupils who I came across were well behaved and happy and I found the atmosphere of the school very warm and welcoming.
