      Reporting into the Director of QA, I am managing a team of internal Mobile QA leads associated with Product Madness’ portfolio of applications. I am aiding them in the resourcing and prioritising of our offshore team(s), coordinating business goals and timelines, and aligning processes and procedures throughout.Key responsibilities: - Line manage the internal mobile QA efforts spanning multiple projects, whilst directing an external mobile resource pool via dotted line - Liaise regularly with the inhouse business leadership team to dictate best placement of mobile QA resource based on the business’ active needs - Aid in the recruitment of vacant mobile QA positions and assist in the training, mentoring and development of the team through KPOs / OKRs and 121’s - Constantly maintain, review and improve process in an effort to drive efficiency, whilst ensuring alignment across teams where applicable- Track and manage quarterly snapshots of the market (DAUs / Revenue take) and reflect these findings in the test matrices defined for each project - Support in the storage, security and management of the offices mobile device- Ensure releases are always to the highest standard, both for defect mitigation & user experience. - Help manage the bug databases and prioritise accordingly through discussion and agreement with the Product teams- Support in the creation & maintenance of detailed, comprehensive test suites and test cases- Provide reports and risk assessments to the Director of QA and other business stakeholders- Working with the Technical Test Manager, support efforts to incorporate automated tests within the Mobile test process Show less Working for Product Madness opened new horizons for me in terms of understanding QA from a business perspective.
