  Through the influence of Newcastle University, The Forum is a leader in providing quality health and fitness services to its community. Promoting safe and enjoyable practices is NUsport first priority with the departments involved. We also engage ourselves with charity events and campaigns which aim is to support and promote physical activity for all participants. Our Learn to Swim program is part of this engagement to the Community and a priority in providing excellence in swimming from introducing safety skills with young age to the competitive stage. Between 400 and 500 weekly Learn to Swim classes (Relative to Season and term period)and 500 Squads swimmers, our program is very successful. In my daily role as a Swim Academy Coordinator, I am in charge of creating and reviewing aquatic programs, managing the Aquateam, planning schedules to respond on a day to day basis while providing excellence in customer service. With the addition of my role to the Aquatics department, I have contributed to : - Meeting customer KPi and increasing our annual number of customers by 20% - Expanding the team and participated in the recruitment process with my management team - Developing School sport programs and International students venues Show less
