National Finalist in Ed-Venture of Stealth Edtech Startup Stealth Edtech Startup Aug 2023 Our team comprising of Enakshi Jamwal, Saksham Pande and Akshaya were the national finalist and were one the top 10 teams among 6926 participants of the US based K-12 Stealth Edtech Startup. We did Primary research with US Edtech professionals and came up with a gamified collaborative solution which aimed at creating win win scenarios for the teachers , students and parents who the company would cater to.

International 2nd Rank at GSRC of IIM Bangalore IIM Bangalore Jul 2023 Team ASH, comprising of Shubham Sharma, Sahil Shaikh, Shristy Dixit and me got the Second Prize in IIM Bangalore's VISTA Global Social Responsibility Challenge, which witnessed 1600+ teams participating and had over 3600 registrations from over 20 countries. The second round was a mentor round in which the team had the privilege of… Show more Team ASH, comprising of Shubham Sharma, Sahil Shaikh, Shristy Dixit and me got the Second Prize in IIM Bangalore's VISTA Global Social Responsibility Challenge, which witnessed 1600+ teams participating and had over 3600 registrations from over 20 countries. The competition had 3 rounds in which :1. The first round required a one page presentation submission giving an overview of the case study2. The second round was a mentor round in which the team had the privilege of being mentored by Mr. Sukumar Rangachari, the non-executive director of BPL and a mentor at IIM Bangalore, whose expert guidance and meticulous attention to detail enabled them to come up with a novel and full-proof idea. 3. The final round had 18 teams which qualified for the finals with teams from IIM’s, IIT’s, Fudan University in China, Strathclyde Business school , UBC and NYC appearing in the finals.The team was tasked with developing an alternate strategy for the revival of the Neem-Project, launched by Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GNFC), by utilizing their excess neem-oil produce more effectively. Team ASH undertook an extensive study of market demands, legal requirements, growth potential and a meticulous primary research, which led them towards developing an effective and highly detailed export strategy, that converted the net losses of over INR 22 Cr into a positive cash-flow of a minimum of INR 9 Cr annually. 2nd Rank at entHRal of IIM Shillong IIM Shillong Mar 2023 Our team - Sahil Shaikh , Saksham Pande and I were the first runners up of entHRal a case study competition organised by Indian Institute of Management, Shillong and we came 2nd out of 499 participants.We came up with a policy which focused on creating more job opportunities post retirement and focused on how reverse mentoring would be beneficial to the freshers joining an organisation.

Winner of RRR Case Study Competiton IIM Bangalore Mar 2023 Our team - Love Khakhar, Raman Nadar and I were the WINNERS of the RRR Case study competition of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore organized by the Environment and Sustainability Club (ENS) of IIM Bangalore and Unstop (formerly Dare2Compete) The case dealt with challenge of how to deal with waste generated in college events in a sustainable manner.

The next round was a submission round in which the team had to make a presentation of up to 10 slides for the problem in hand.Following which the team were invited to the Harihar Campus for the semi finals.
