      On top of my duties as the lead sales associate, my role was to make sure that the store was compliant in all operations.Delivering perfect sales results involved hiring new talent, training sales professionals to be consistent, keeping up on store readiness tasks like plan-o-grams and cleanliness, and making sure a team of up to 12 people were ready to provide excellent customer service.
