  Rahul Dutta from Dibrugarh Assam, B.Com (Accounting & Finance ) working with Indian Bank with work experience at Vadodara , Gujrat (2016-2019) handling areas such as General Banking, Retail and Micro and Small MSME Loans, Forex Remittance (Inward & Outward , Forex Deposits (FCNR), Letters of Credit , Bank Guarantee , Educational Loan (Both Domestic & Foreign Institutions), Mortgage Loans and various other Govt. sponsored Schemes. In the year I got transferred under banks transfer policy and got posted at more than Three thousand Kilometers (3000 kms ) far away place at my native at Dibrugarh , Assam and have worked as an Asst Branch Manager at Dibrugarh Branch with Business of around Two hundred Crores with handling specialized areas such as Bulk Deposit Tenders, handling High Value transactions, KYC compliance , Monitoring of Large Size Loan Accounts and Review Renewal of various Loan accounts alongside preparation of Appraisal for High Value Loan.Alongwith that I have also completed Two certifications from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance i.e JAIIB ( Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of the Bankers ) and then CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers).I have been Promoted from Asst Manager to Manager on 01.04.2021 and since then i have been made Branch Head of a rural branch at Moran , Assam. (Posted at rural branch due to banks own promotion Policy).Working there at rural branch as a branch Head and Managing a team of four people has been challenging and also exciting, monitoring of SMA Accounts avoiding Slippages & NPA Recovery, OTS and various other recovery tools from Lok Adalat to Suit Filing and SARFAESI it has been challenging.Client Management and alongside customer service has been a learning point.Sanctioning of Advances and preparation of quality appraisals for larger ticket size has been impactful.Alongside marketing of Life Insurance , Health & General Insurance and Mutual Funds has been very much successful.
